Entertainment Lead (Houston Market) – Weddings UnlimitedWeddings Unlimited is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Entertainment Lead and Wedding DJ/Emcee to oversee event readiness, equipment operations, and team alignment across the Houston market, while supporting company-wide operations.What You’ll Be Responsible ForEvent & Equipment AlignmentReview and verify all assigned events to ensuring DJs and attendants have the correct gear, add-ons, and configurationsEnsure company equipment is properly allocated across events to prevent shortages or conflictsIdentify and resolve gaps in equipment, logistics, or event readiness before event dayMulti-Market OversightVerify add-on availability across all markets for each bookingTravel to each market twice per year to conduct inventory audits and meet with local market representativesHouston Market OwnershipManage purchase orders for the Houston marketOversee equipment distribution, organization, and readiness locallyReport and repair broken or malfunctioning equipmentMaintain general care and upkeep of company assetsEvents & Execution SupportLead pack-out, setup, breakdown, and pack-in for all Texas bridal showsSupport operational execution across weddings, open houses, and company events as neededWork Location & ScheduleWork in-office 3 days per week (minimum 24 hours), at our Houston officeRequired to complete 100 event days per calendar year as Wedding DJ/Emcee, including:5–15 Open House Days10–12 Bridal Show Days75–80 Wedding/Event DaysMay be required to transfer equipment between markets at management’s discretionEvent days include weddings, open houses, bridal shows, and other company eventsWork hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and business needsWhat We’re Looking ForExtremely detail-oriented and proactiveStrong operational and logistics mindsetComfortable owning problems and solving them without being toldAble to manage moving pieces across multiple events and marketsWilling to travel and work weekends as neededExperience in events, production, logistics, or similar industries is a plusCompensation & Structure$750/week base compensationAdditional earning opportunities through events, bonuses, and performance incentives
