Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We pay as high as $75 an hour, $100,000 yearly salary on a bi-weekly basis! We are looking for full-time or part-time team members. Sign-on and relocation bonuses available! Our Benefits Include: · 401(k) · 401(k) matching · Free Health insurance · Dental insurance · Life insurance · Vision insurance · Paid Maternity leave · 10 days PTO · 6 Holidays · Tuition discount with local college · Training · Flexible Hours · Group Outings · Competitive salaries Responsibilities: · Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments · Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians · Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual · Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians · Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) · Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries Job Requirements: · A valid BCBA certification · Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities · Conduct functional behavior assessments · Write behavioral positive behavior support plans · Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver's license. · Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Signing bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Oklahoma City, OK: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: BCBA (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
