Job Description About the RoleSouthshore ABA is a boutique behavior analysis agency seeking a compassionate, eager-to-learn Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small, hands-on team. This unique role is ideal early-career BCBA who wants to grow in a meaningful, supported way—working with adults with developmental disabilities in group home and day program settings.This position begins as part-time or full time direct care, with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership or partnership-track role based on performance and interest. What You'll Learn & DoDeliver direct behavior analytic services to adults in natural settings (group homes, day programs)Work with a wide range of diagnoses. If you're used to strictly working with children who have autism within a day clinic, you're in for a treat.
