Job Description About the RoleSouthshore ABA is a boutique behavior analysis agency seeking a compassionate, eager-to-learn Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small, hands-on team. This unique role is ideal early-career BCBA who wants to grow in a meaningful, supported way—working with adults with developmental disabilities in group home and day program settings.This position begins as part-time or full time direct care, with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership or partnership-track role based on performance and interest. What You'll Learn & DoDeliver direct behavior analytic services to adults in natural settings (group homes, day programs)Work with a wide range of diagnoses. If you&#39;re used to strictly working with children who have autism within a day clinic, you&#39;re in for a treat. We work with adults with a wide range of developmental disabilities spanning intellectual disabilities, Prader Willi Syndrome, Schizophrenia, Down Syndrome, Forensically Intensive individuals, and more.Gain in-depth training in the Florida Medicaid Waiver system, including documentation, protocols, and complianceLearn how to manage adult-focused caseloads under the mentorship of a seasoned BCBA and ACE-Certified CEU providerReceive structured guidance on:Case conceptualization for adult consumersBehavior plan development and implementationCareer advancement in behavior analysisBuild toward long-term goals such as clinical leadership, case curation, or remaining in an advanced direct care role—your growth path is individualized to your ideal client populationGrowth & CompensationQuarterly performance reviews with raise opportunities every 3 monthsEarn BACB CEUs from in-house trainings where applicablePay range starting at 55-60 an hour Potential to advance into Associate BCBA or Associate Partner status upon demonstrated skill masteryInitial caseload is designed collaboratively to match your passions, comfort level, and scopeRequirementsActive BCBA CertificationStrong desire to work with adults with developmental disabilitiesOpenness to learning Med-Waiver systems and adult service modelsWillingness to begin in a direct care capacity while potentially growing into additional responsibilitiesCompassion, flexibility, and professionalismReliable transportation to group homes and day programs in your areaWhy Join Southshore ABA?We're a boutique, values-driven ABA company that believes in supporting clinicians, not just employing them.
