**Manufacturing Assembler - 1st Shift**+ **Location:** Taunton, MA 02780+ **Work Schedule:** Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm+ **Pay rate:** 19.50$ per hour+ **Contract:** W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)**Role Overview:** Join our team as a Manufacturing Assembler, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products. You will handle everything from machine setup to final packaging, ensuring every item meets strict customer specifications and safety standards.**What You'll Do:**+ **Assemble & Operate:** Set up branding, spooling, and rinsing equipment.+ **Maintain Quality:** Follow GMP and OP guidelines to ensure zero-defect production.+ **Track & Document:** Record data accurately using work orders, drawings, and gauges.+ **Package & Prep:** Clean, brand, and package products for shipment.**What You Bring:**+ 1-3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred).+ Solid math, measuring, and English communication skills.+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.+ High attention to detail (visual inspection and color distinction).+ Comfortable working with Isopropyl Alcohol and required safety PPE.As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
