Sales Receptionist and Aftermarket Coordinator

The prime candidate will be able to multi-task accurately in a fast-paced environment while providing top notch customer service.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Customer ServiceGreet and assist all customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls promptlyManage front desk operations including mail, messages, and general inquiriesCoordinate communication between sales, service, and parts departmentsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaAftermarket Parts CoordinationSchedule installation of aftermarket parts and accessories (e.g., lift kits, wheels/tires, tint, protection packages, electronics)Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate installationsVerify parts availability and coordinate ordering with the parts departmentTrack all scheduled installs and ensure deadlines are metCommunicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and completion timelinesPrepare and maintain installation work orders and documentationAdministrative SupportMaintain accurate records of scheduled jobs and completed installationsAssist with invoicing, billing coordination, and deal jacket documentation as neededMonitor and follow up on pending installs or delayed partsSupport management with reporting and process improvementsQualifications for this job:Excellent customer service skillsMust have professional appearanceExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new softwareCapability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlinesStrong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate workHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's licenseMust be able to pass background screening, motor vehicle check, and drug testBenefits package for full-time employees includes:401(k) Savings PlanMedical, dental, vision plansSupplemental InsuranceEmployee Purchase ProgramOpportunity for AdvancementWe are a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
