Systems Design Consultant

A company is looking for a Systems Design Consultant (Customer Solutions). Key Responsibilities Lead consultative conversations with customers to understand their needs and constraints Design multiple system approaches and explain trade-offs clearly Produce structured design summaries for the Sales team to finalize orders Required Qualifications Experience in consulting, systems design, technical advising, architecture, or engineering is a plus HVAC experience is helpful but not required Strong reasoning ability and a learning mindset are essential Ability to think in systems and trade-offs rather than seeking single right answers Experience using modern tools, including AI, to enhance learning and decision-making
