Lead Barista

Full service coffee shop in the heart of Hollywood, looking to bring on an excellent Lead Barista! We are looking for candidates who have a passion for coffee shop life and a solid coffee knowledge to lead our team. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience at a 3rd wave coffee shop. Responsibilities: Prepare drinks and make sure all drinks served are consistently per our quality standards Train new staff suggest new menu items make sure the cafe is clean at all times restock shelves prepare inventory and orders to suppliers Ensure customers have a great experience, listen to their feedback and resolve any complaints Requirements: 3 years + barista experience strong coffee shop knowledge including espresso dial in and solid latte art excellent customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Can you do latte art and espresso dial in?
