Albryte Support Services provides person-centered residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We operate licensed residential group homes throughout Loudoun and Fairfax Counties and are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple homes while leading staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional care. Our Managers work closely with one another, HR, Nursing, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to support both our employees and the individuals we serve. Eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms and conditions apply). What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential group homes located in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. Lead, coach, supervise, and develop Direct Support Professionals and Lead Staff. Retain quality employees. Ensure compliance with Virginia DBHDS regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, Human Rights, licensing standards, and company policies. Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling. Conduct routine home visits, quality assurance reviews, and documentation audits. Ensure implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered services. Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans when needed. Build positive relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to operational needs. Collaborate with fellow managers and leadership to ensure consistency across all programs. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disability services. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of Virginia DBHDS regulations, residential licensing standards, and person-centered services. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between residential homes in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. Ability to pass required background checks. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience managing multiple residential homes. CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and Therapeutic Options certifications (or willingness to obtain).
