Client Experience Associate

Company Description HumanKind Ministries (HK) has been a cornerstone of the Wichita community since 1885, working to alleviate poverty and provide essential support. The organization offers services such as shelter, affordable housing, and basic needs to help individuals achieve stability and self-sufficiency. HK manages three homeless shelters, 155 units of permanent affordable housing, and street outreach programs for the unsheltered homeless community. Additionally, HK leads Operation Holiday, the region's largest holiday assistance initiative, serving thousands during the cold and challenging winter months. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Wichita, KS. As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, providing program information, managing client accounts, and supporting them in accessing resources. You will assist with maintaining accurate records, facilitating client engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications Strong Client Services and Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer care.Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess client needs, solve problems, and manage data effectively.Experience with Finance and Sales considered an asset, especially in managing accounts and financial processes.Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and manage time efficiently while maintaining professionalism.Empathy and sensitivity when working with underserved or vulnerable populations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with client management software is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications or experience in social services or client relations are a plus.
