PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace, solving industry challenges and executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.OverviewSupervise and manage OOH team and media investment (including traditional, non-traditional and experiential) by negotiating, placing and maintaining all buys across account list.ResponsibilitiesRole Objectives:Develop custom strategies for clients which utilize the various products and solutions across the PMX portfolioDrive "Close Quarters" conversations with Agencies/Clients regarding upcoming Upfronts, Annual Planning, RFPs, as well as strategic positioning of PMX within the online and traditional media landscapeContinuously strengthen industry presence and network by participating in on-going industry events and finding the appropriate parties to attend as PMX representativesCoordinate with internal subject matter experts when developing proposals, preparing for client meetings and driving feedback sessionsContribute to the overall development of PMX, Precision and Apex's offerings and participate as a thought leader in regards to our clients' and industry perceptions of existing products and technologyDevelop and continuously enhance our Agency/Client strategies best practices and share across the organizationPlay a role alongside Senior Sales Management in driving the tactical and strategic direction of the Sales DepartmentCreate the positioning of PMX in the marketplace within new business and existing clients, plus the broader Publicis Groupe organizationSurvey, select and create plans which use our best performing productsInform new product creation based on client and consumer demandBuild and deploy a go-to-market strategy for our various investment tools which includes new acquisitions into PublicisMaintain the look, feel, design and consistency of our PMX story for internal and external communicationsLead a team of marketing and sales strategists who will be directly responsible for delivering the above within the sub-departments of PMXQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:3-4+ yrs OOH Planning/Buying experienceStrong understanding of the OOH industry and key vendors across large and small marketsKnowledge of OOH Media metrics and use of planning tools including Telmar, SQAD, Geopath,Strong negotiation and presentation skills; excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience speaking and presenting to clients directlyDetail-oriented, must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing and training entry-level staffProficiency in Microsoft software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPointAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Diffrence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
