Financial Analyst

Position : Financial AnalystLocation : Franklin Lakes, NJDuration : 15 months contractTotal Hours/week : 37.50 1st shift DescriptionRequired Advanced Excel skills and Basic MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Required: Pivots, vlookups, if/and/or/etc. statements, sorting/filtering Experience in aggregation, reporting & analysis of large datasets from multiple sources Attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Working knowledge of SAP PreferredExcel macros (basic) BPC and HFM Knowledge of basic accounting principles ResponsibilitiesMonthly extraction from SAP/BPC/HFM as well as excel reports, aggregation, categorization, analysis and distribution of expenses and other data via excel Work closely with Consolidations/Controllership team to offer insight into expense details, obtaining information from SAP, BPC, HFM as well as from multiple contacts globally via email and phone Coordinate with accounting to book and review journal entries, including accruals Support external and internal audit requests Analyze actuals vs forecast Analyze headcount data Ad-hoc projects related to extraction, aggregation and analysis of other financial and operational data
