If you enjoy problem‑solving, working directly with clients, and shaping future‑ready logistics systems, this role is for you.What does Element Logic offer?Innovative and creative workplace in a growing business.Family-first culture with a key focus on mental wellness.Flexibility is offered through a hybrid work approach for all roles that can be performed remotely.Career development plans.Market competitive wages, benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, and HSA accounts.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop strong customer relationships through superior problem solvingTravel to customer sites to review and document existing logistics operationsWork closely with customers to define requirements, business changes, and future projectionsManage Data Analysts in identifying key data points required to design and justify conceptsDevelop innovative solutions that exceed customers’ expectationsOversee Design Engineers to develop detailed material handling system designsManage computer simulation modeling of proposed material handling systemsPerform labor analysis and Return on Investment calculations to justify proposed designBuild confidence with the client through clear and effective presentationsSupport the sales presentation and proposal development processPerform pre-sales support activities, such as trade shows, etc., as requiredGuide and train Consulting and Engineering Team members on shared projectsResearch and educate organization on latest material handling technologies and trends in the industryAssist in identifying process improvements and best practices for Consulting DepartmentDevelop tools required to effectively perform job functionsDesired Skills And Experience4-year BS Degree in Engineering or other technical degree is preferred or equivalent years of experience.3+ years experience with automated material handling solutions.Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD (2D), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with AutoStore is a plus.Excellent knowledge of material handling technologies and how they are applied.Knowledge of data analysis in the logistics industry and ability to clearly present findings to clients.Ability to lead detailed solution design process both internally and externallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate to all levels of an organization with confidenceIntelligent, persistent, and coachableSelf-motivated and highly drivenExceptional Interpersonal skillsAbility to become a trusted advisor to clientsExcellent time-management skills to meet promised schedulesStrong work ethic and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as necessaryCapable of working on multi-faceted engineering design projects of any magnitudeStrong problem-solving, analytical, and budgeting skillsExcellent teamwork and leadership skillsHighly creative and curiousDetail orientedWho are we looking for?Element Logic is seeking highly motivated, diverse, and talented professionals to join our team.
