Zero Trust Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client aligned with USCIS initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity programs in support of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) requirements.The Program Manager will oversee all task order activities, ensure compliance with DHS standards, and provide leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all work performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS)Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across all task order activitiesEnsure adherence to schedule, performance metrics, and reporting requirementsSupport Zero Trust engineering and architecture initiatives, including vendor-agnostic decision-makingGuide cross-functional teams to deliver DHS/USCIS program objectivesMonitor program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across complex environmentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of progressive program or project management experience in cybersecurity and IT environmentsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs or federal clientsExperience with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) or Zero Trust maturity initiativesFamiliarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP)Core Skills & CompetenciesStrong program leadership and executive stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and complex program environmentsExperience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (engineering, security, architecture)Strong understanding of cybersecurity program delivery and governanceExcellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
