As we continue to scale, we're looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly organized professional to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes and to directly support our Founder.The RoleThis is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing order to a busy environment. You'll be the operational backbone of the company — owning day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping functions while serving as the right hand to our Founder. No two days will look exactly alike: one moment you're reconciling accounts, the next you're coordinating the Founder's calendar or solving an office logistics challenge.The ideal candidate is someone who takes genuine pride in being organized, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and can be trusted with sensitive information and important responsibilities. If you're the person friends and colleagues describe as "the one who has it all together," we want to hear from you.What You'll DoBookkeeping & Finance AdministrationManage accounts payable: process and schedule vendor payments, track bills, and maintain vendor relationshipsManage accounts receivable: generate invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile customer accountsPerform daily bookkeeping and transaction categorizationPrepare and file sales tax returns and other routine compliance submissionsMaintain organized, audit-ready financial recordsOffice & Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day office operations and facilities coordinationManage supplies, vendors, and service providersDevelop and maintain organized systems, files, and processesSupport smooth coordination across the teamPersonal & Executive Assistance to the FounderManage the Founder's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordinationCoordinate travel arrangements and itinerariesHandle correspondence and follow-upsTake on ad hoc projects and personal-assistant tasks as they ariseWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, executive assistance, or a closely related roleHands-on bookkeeping experience, including familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks experience strongly preferred)Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales tax filingExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential and financial informationSelf-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and juggle competing demandsProficiency with standard business tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping things run smoothlyNice to HaveExperience in a small business, startup, or owner-operated companyBackground in the music, entertainment, events, or equipment rental industriesFamiliarity with payroll or HR administrationWhy Join UsPlay a central, visible role in a growing company where your work directly impacts our successWork closely with the Founder and gain broad exposure across finance, operations, and strategyA dynamic, creative industry serving some of the most exciting artists touring todayCompetitive compensation and a collaborative, no-ego team environmentIn The Round LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
