Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Full-Time, Night Shift (7‑On/7‑Off)Vernon Health | Viroqua, WIVernon Health is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our Laboratory Services team. In this full‑time role, you will perform a broad range of laboratory testing across multiple departments and patient age groups. You’ll work in an environment where your contributions matter, your growth is encouraged, and your work directly supports high‑quality medical care for our community.Position DetailsSchedule: 7‑On / 7‑OffWeekdays: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday)Weekends: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Saturday, Sunday)Rotating holidays requiredThis schedule provides a unique opportunity for work‑life balance and extended periods of time off.What You’ll DoPerform laboratory testing across all major departmentsAnalyze, interpret, and report results with accuracy and efficiencyWork independently during night shiftsSupport quality improvement initiatives and operational workflowsEnsure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsQualificationsEducation: Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical, or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution; or have earned an associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
