This individual will act as a strategic talent partner to the business, delivering exceptional candidate experiences while hiring top-tier creative talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This role is a fixed-term assignment through December 2026 and will report directly to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.How You'll CREATEOwn full-cycle recruitment for specialized creative, digital, and eCommerce roles across Famehouse (including but not limited to design, creative direction, UX/UI, product, marketing, and technical creative roles)Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and evolving skill requirementsDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality creative talentProactively build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche creative rolesServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and best hiring practicesManage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a high-touch, inclusive, and brand-aligned recruitment processCollaborate with broader Talent Acquisition and HR partners across Universal Music GroupTrack and report on recruiting metrics, progress, and risks; adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goalsEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policiesBring Your VIBE7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on creative, digital, or eCommerce rolesProven experience recruiting for specialized and niche creative skill setsStrong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, creative platforms, and other innovative channelsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent stakeholder management and consultative skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levelsExperience working with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)Prior experience in eCommerce, digital agencies, entertainment, media, or consumer brands is strongly preferredWhat Success Looks LikeCritical creative roles are filled efficiently with high-quality, diverse talentHiring managers view you as a strategic partner, not just a recruiterCandidates consistently report a positive, professional, and engaging recruitment experienceRecruitment processes are scalable, data-informed, and aligned with Famehouse’s creative cultureWhy Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile, creatively driven eCommerce business within Universal Music Group, while playing a key role in shaping teams that support some of the world’s most influential artists and brands.Perks PlaylistJoin an entrepreneurial, global organization where authenticity, boldness, creativity, connection, drive, and insight aren’t just values—they’re how we work every day.
