Gastroenterology Physician

Job Responsibilities: Provide inpatient coverage, including rounding and consultations. Perform ERCP and other standard endoscopic procedures. Handle emergency call from the Emergency Department. Work collaboratively with a team of 3 inpatient APPs dedicated to GI. Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation in Epic EMR. Participate in orientation and training as required. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. KY medical license is highly preferred; IMLC accepted. Experience with ERCP procedures is mandatory. Current ACLS and DEA certifications. Clear malpractice history preferred. Availability at the time of name clearance is required. Self-Query NPDB report dated within the last 30 days is necessary.
