The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in executing and improving store level operations at My Fit Foods. This position supports both in store and delivery operations, ensuring systems, inventory, teams, and customer experience all operate at a high standard.
This role is designed as an entry point into operations, offering hands-on responsibility, exposure to leadership, and a clear development path within one of the nation’s leading nutrition companies.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Educate and guide customers toward balanced nutrition and healthy habits
Deliver consistent, high-quality service across all customer touchpoints
Operations & Delivery Support
Execute daily operational processes for in-store and delivery operations
Support the expansion of delivery by identifying inefficiencies and improving execution
Inventory & Ordering
Track inventory levels and manage product ordering
Reduce waste and maintain accurate stock counts
Systems, Standards & Compliance
Maintain operational systems including shift checklists, logs, and temperature checks
Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety requirements
Team Support
Assist with scheduling, onboarding support, and training reinforcement
Communicate execution updates, gaps, and wins to leadership
Continuous Improvement
Analyze workflows and operational data to improve efficiency and consistency
Identify process improvements that positively impact customers and teams
Professional Development
Participate in weekly group meetings with executive leadership
Learn how disciplined execution scales into strong operational systems
Who You Are:

What You Bring:
1–3 years of operations experience preferred
Background in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
