Key responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and deliver brief, evidence-based interventions via telehealth
Collaborate with pediatricians and psychiatric consultants to coordinate care and support families with various needs
Document all care in the EHR and track patient progress using validated screening tools
Required qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Fluency in Spanish
3+ years of experience or a minimum of 3,000 supervised hours working with children and families
Flexibility with hours, including availability for evenings and weekends
Experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation
