About the RoleManski Media is looking for a graphic design-focused Web Designer to join our in-house team. If you love crafting beautiful, clean, strategic websites and also know your way around the build side of things (especially in Webflow), you’ll fit right in.This role blends high-end visual design with technical aptitude to create strategic, conversion-driven websites for a wide range of industries. We use Webflow for the majority of our builds, so experience there is a big plus—but if you're a quick learner with a strong eye for design and layout, we’ll help you level up fast.Oh, and this is 100% in-office. We believe great collaboration happens when we’re all in the same room, solving problems and building cool things together.What You’ll Be DoingWebsite Design & UXDesign responsive, on-brand websites that reflect both strategy and styleTurn briefs and rough ideas into polished visual layouts and user flowsCreate clean, conversion-minded UI/UX that works across desktop and mobileWebflow DevelopmentBuild out websites using Webflow’s CMS, animations, and structureManage site updates, structure, responsiveness, and SEO basicsHandle small development tweaks and platform-based problem-solvingCollaboration & WorkflowWork closely with strategists, copywriters, and designers to bring each site to lifeStay organized, manage your own deadlines, and communicate clearly with the teamHelp evolve our website creation process—both technically and creativelySkills & Experience You’ll NeedStrong visual design skills with a portfolio to back it upExperience with Webflow (preferred) or similar platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.A solid grasp of responsive layout, spacing, structure, and UX principlesTools you should be comfy with: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and maybe even a little HTML/CSS understandingExcellent attention to detail—you catch things before they go liveAbility to juggle multiple projects and stay on top of deliverablesEagerness to take feedback, improve, and grow in your craftBonus Points ForSEO-savvy: understanding tags, site structure, and how content affects performanceFunnel or landing page design experienceCopywriting, branding, or messaging chopsLight animation skills using Webflow’s interaction toolsExperience coaching others or documenting best practicesAdaptability Is Key: AI Is Part of the FutureWe don’t expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be open to learning.
