Prepares salads, sandwiches, cold plates and other items that require limited food preparation skills. • Maintains clean and sanitary environment in kitchen per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards. • Operates, cleans, and unloads dish machine according to policies and procedures. Places in appropriate storage place. • Washes pots and utensils per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards. • Adheres to GBMC and department policies for proper hygiene and dress code. • Performs other tasks designated by Management team.All roles must demonstrate GBMC Values:RespectI will treat everyone with courtesy.
