In this role, the Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in securing suitable mortgage loans by evaluating their financial profiles and providing personalized recommendations. The responsibilities include guiding clients through the lending process, reviewing loan applications, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining compliance with lending regulations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.QualificationsExperience in Loan Officer roles and working knowledge of the Mortgage Lending industryStrong understanding of Mortgage Industry standards and loan underwriting processesProficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with analytical skills to evaluate customer financial profilesAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with team membersKnowledge of lending regulations and compliance practicesPrevious experience in a role within the financial or real estate sector is a plus
