Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, TrioStarting rate $43.93/hrPosition SummaryThe Maintenance and Reliability Engineer for Trio is responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving maintenance excellence across the operation. This role partners closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to strengthen asset performance, improve preventive and predictive maintenance processes, and support plant throughput, safety, and quality goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead reliability improvement efforts for Trio equipment and systemsAnalyze downtime, failure trends, and maintenance data to identify loss patterns and priority actionsDevelop and improve preventive maintenance strategies to increase asset life and reduce unplanned downtimeSupport root cause problem solving for chronic equipment issues and major breakdownsPartner with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment availability, maintainability, and overall line performanceDrive defect handling, error proofing, and base condition restoration activitiesIdentify and lead opportunities for capital improvement related to equipment reliability and maintainabilitySupport planning and execution of maintenance shutdowns, repairs, and equipment upgradesStandardize maintenance practices, documentation, and reliability metricsBuild technician and operator capability through training, coaching, and technical supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferredExperience in maintenance, reliability, manufacturing engineering, or plant operationsStrong problem-solving and data analysis skillsExperience with preventive maintenance systems, root cause analysis, and equipment reliability toolsAbility to work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, and leadership teamsStrong communication and project management skillsExperience in food manufacturing or high-speed manufacturing environment preferredKey Success MeasuresReduction in unplanned downtimeImprovement in equipment reliability and OEEPreventive maintenance compliance and effectivenessReduction in repeat equipment failuresImproved maintenance planning and executionSupport of plant performance, safety, and quality targetsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family's needs.
