Job Title: LAMP Stack DeveloperLocation: Dublin, CA (100% Onsite)Duration - 3-6months+Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced LAMP Stack Developer to join our team onsite in Dublin, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced development environment, contributing to both new feature development and ongoing application support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practicesOptimize application performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-quality solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely mannerParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processesWork with relational databases (MySQL) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performanceIntegrate third-party APIs and services as neededMaintain documentation for application architecture, processes, and configurationsRequired Skills and Qualifications4+ years of professional experience with LAMP stack development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)Strong proficiency in PHP (procedural and/or object-oriented)Solid experience with MySQL database design, optimization, and query writingWorking knowledge of Apache web server configuration and managementComfortable working in a Linux environment (command line, shell scripting a plus)Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with version control systems (Git preferred)Understanding of web security best practicesStrong problem solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with the teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or similar)Exposure to RESTful API design and developmentFamiliarity with front-end frameworks such as jQuery or lightweight JS librariesExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesPrior experience in a client facing or consulting environment
