Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN, for a Technician at Rytech Restoration of Greater Chattanooga. The Technician will be responsible for performing water damage mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and other restoration services. Day-to-day tasks include operating drying and moisture detection equipment, assessing and documenting damage, and maintaining quality and efficiency in all restoration activities. The technician will interact with customers to provide excellent service, ensure satisfaction, and uphold company standards. Qualifications Proficiency in identifying and performing water damage mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation tasksExperience with operating and maintaining restoration equipment, such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture metersStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for diagnosing and addressing restoration challengesEffective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clientsAbility to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as requiredValid driver's license and a clean driving recordWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency on-call shiftsHigh school diploma or equivalent; certifications in water damage restoration or mold remediation are a plus
