Occupational Medicine physician for employed practice in NorthernIN - easy access to Chicago Job-3740 1 hour to Chicago seeking a physician who is Board Eligible/Board Certified and specializes in Occupational Medicine Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workmans compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services. M-F Schedule- 7A-5P - Work at one location - Must be DOT and MRO Certified or willing to become certified - Anticipated patient volumes for new provider: 25-30 patients per shift Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives - relocation allowance- Paid malpractice -27 days PTO plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend - Full benefits package Interested in at least having a phone call to learn more?
