Full Stack DeveloperAnalyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes. This role involves working with business units to understand their information technology needs, enhancing business processes by identifying new functionality, and using advanced knowledge of the organization's technology infrastructure to implement strategic vision. Work is performed under general direction.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify business requirements and translate them into delivered technical solutions.Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom code business solutions that align with business initiatives.Facilitate user acceptance testing, including developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and validating results.Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes and releases.Provide follow-up to monitor the progress of implemented projects to ensure timely action and achievement of benefits.Analyze, define, and document technical designs for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.Create and maintain accurate, detailed documentation through all phases of the Systems Development Life-Cycle.Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness, presenting recommendations and implications.Collaborate with key partners, cross-organizational groups, and vendors to improve procedures and resolve problems.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Extensive experience in programming end-to-end custom-code solutions.Extensive experience converting older language legacy solutions to modern languages.Extensive experience building solutions from a process where no documentation exists.Extensive experience working in lower and production environments that are not completely isolated.Extensive experience in developing and testing software.Extensive experience in leading projects or initiatives of a large scope and managing multiple priorities.Experience using existing code and team member discussions to determine programming structure and naming conventions.Technical SkillsExpert knowledge of software development best practices.Extensive experience with application development platforms such as C#,.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, and Azure Cloud.Expert data querying, reporting, and analysis skills.Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience working within large enterprise financial services environments.Familiarity with portfolio management and application governance processes.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
