You will use your communication skills to engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistanceUtilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer callsDemonstrate products and conduct product demos to showcase featuresOperate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactionsMaintain a clean and organized sales floor Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactionsSupervise store activities when neededEffectively communicate product information and promotions to customersImplement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunitiesProduct KnowledgeDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the company's Cricket product line.Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.Customer EngagementEngage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences.Effectively communicate how cricket products can meet customer requirements.Sales ConsultationConduct needs assessments to recommend suitable products based on customer input. Address customer concerns, provide additional information, and overcome objections.Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order completion.Build customer relationships for potential future sales opportunities. Retention is important to us at Delphos Wireless!Sales ReportingKeep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Join meeting huddles to help report these sales and report trends.QualificationsProven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
