Electronics Assembler Kinperium-Hiniker LLC (Hiniker) is a Minnesota based manufacturer. We are currently seeking anElectronics Assemblerwith strong experience inmanufacturing environments.This position is ideally located in Mankato, MN. TheElectronics Assemblerwill assemble electronic parts for snow and agricultural equipment. Requires the ability to follow and adhere to company processes to ensure quality and consistency with electronics parts. Electronics Assembler Responsibilities Crimping terminals on the cut wires with a hand tool or a terminal machine Cutting wires manually and with a wire processing machine Testing harnesses by plugging the harness to a machine and the machine determines if it passes or fails Fabricate harnesses assembling harnesses which can be from 1 wire to 30+ wires taped together or loomed Package harnesses and finished products in boxes or plastic bags for sale Soldering of wires occasionally Electronics Assembler Skills/Abilities: Ability to safely use the equipment Attention to detail Ability to manipulate small parts Use of hand tools and machines, such as wire strippers, wire cutters, crimpers and a cordless screw gun Knowledge of soldering Ability to work under minimal supervision Electronics Assembler Experience & Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 1 2 years of experience in light assembly preferred EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled.
