Company Overview Headquartered in Avon, Indiana, Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC is a nationally recognized leader in the steel water storage tank industry. We design, fabricate, and field-erect water storage tanks for clients across the United States. Responsibilities Lead safety initiatives, conduct site safety inspections, ensure compliance with all company safety protocols, and train crews on safe work practices and industry standards. Supervise field crews to ensure safe and efficient execution of daily tasks. Direct, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project activities to achieve productivity and profitability goals. Stage job sites by coordinating deliveries, materials, equipment, and crew scheduling—including communication with yard foremen and vendors. Conduct and coordinate weld x-rays and quality checks in alignment with project specifications. Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including labor hours, safety audits, milestones, equipment usage, and manpower planning. Communicate daily with supervisors, engineers, clients, and inspectors to ensure smooth jobsite operations. Monitor site performance and report progress to senior management. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct performance appraisals, enforce jobsite policies, and resolve crew-related issues. Provide regular updates to Senior Management and clients, including weekly reports as needed.
