OVERVIEWBrent Miller is looking for an experienced Jewelry Professional who can deliver the Brent Miller experience while simultaneously achieving their sales targets and deepening client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a client centric mindset that uncovers their clients needs through discovery, strategic storytelling, and relationship building.RESPONSIBILITIESSALESConsistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets.Adhere strictly to Brent Miller's sales process and selling behaviors to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.Provide clients with after-sales care and service for both jewelry and watches.CLIENT EXPERIENCEChampion a luxury client experience across all aspects of the business including sales, service, operations, and follow-through.Utilize store amenities and hospitality to create a unique shopping experience.Assist in executing all opening and closing procedures to ensure a seamless client experience.CLIENT DEVELOPMENTEstablish and maintain one-on-one relationships with clients, providing them with an exclusive and memorable shopping experience.Leverage client development as a sales strategy to sell and grow outreach business year-over-yearMaintain an understanding of client needs and preferences, proactively reaching out to offer assistance through personalized recommendations. TRAINING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENTComplete all available training and actively engage in all internal and vendor-led training sessions.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points of the jewelry and watch collections offered by Brent Miller.Stay updated on new product releases, trends, and industry developments to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.Take proactive steps to enhance your skills and knowledge as a jewelry professional by demonstrating a strong commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.SKILLS, ABILITIES + EXPERIENCESKILLS + ABILITIESAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environment Professional sales knowledge Ability to manage client relationships both internally and externallyStrong attention to detail and organization Analytical & critical thinkingExcellent communication (written, verbal, presentation & facilitation)Adaptability & flexibilityStrong understanding of customer needs and prioritiesMust be available to work retail hours including weekends and some holidaysMust be able to work Tuesday to Saturday EXPERIENCEREQUIRED3+ years of luxury retail sales or relevant clientele focused experience3+ years of client relationship management/developmentProven record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationshipsPREFERREDWatch, diamond, and/or jewelery sales experienceGIA training College/university degreeWHY BRENT MILLERWe’re more than a jewelry store.
