If youâre all about top-tier treatment, educating pet parents, and working with a team that actually has your back, keep reading.Weâre looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) whoâs skilled, motivated, and ready to make a real impactâboth in the clinic and with our clients.đŒ What Youâll Be DoingYou wonât just be assistingâyouâll serve as a licensed professional delivering advanced, high-quality patient care:Communicate medical information clearly and compassionately to pet owners, ensuring full understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and at-home care instructionsAccurately implement and oversee prescribed treatments, including medication calculations, administration, therapies, and follow-up carePerform and support advanced diagnostic procedures such as radiography, laboratory analysis, cytology, and sample collectionInduce, monitor, and recover patients under anesthesia, including continuous assessment of vital parameters and anesthetic depthPlace IV catheters, perform venipuncture, and administer fluids, injections, and blood products as indicatedConduct patient assessments, triage cases, and promptly identify and communicate changes in patient statusMaintain complete, accurate, and legally compliant electronic medical records and treatment logsEnsure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and state licensing regulationsSupport efficient clinic operations, including appointment coordination, inpatient care, and emergency response readinessMentor and provide guidance to veterinary assistants and support staff as appropriateCollaborate closely with DVMs and the veterinary team to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plansContribute to a positive, professional work environment focused on high-quality medicine and client serviceđ§ Your Skill Set (Tech + People Skills)Weâre looking for someone whoâs not just certifiedâbut confident in their technical abilities:Proficient in:Venipuncture & catheter placementLab diagnostics (bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology basics)Digital radiology + imaging supportAnesthesia monitoring equipment (pulse ox, capnography, ECG)Comfortable using veterinary softwareStrong understanding of animal handling, restraint techniques, and patient safetyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment without sacrificing accuracyClear communicatorâable to translate âvet speakâ into real-world language for clientsTeam-first mindset with a positive, professional vibeâ
