Remote Service Technician
A company is looking for a Technician Remote Service.
Key Responsibilities
Test, diagnose, and service client-owned, rental, and loaner equipment through remote telematic platforms
Assist in completing work orders and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing comments or concerns
Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proficient in computer-related skills including Microsoft 360 and enterprise software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Completion of Remote Service Technician standard training curriculums
General understanding of diagnostic, troubleshooting, programming, and repair protocols for equipment
Experience with data entry and documentation management
