Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and repairs across residential properties in the Greensboro area. This role involves completing work orders efficiently, performing hands-on repairs, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned work orders and small projects in a timely mannerPerform general maintenance and repairs, including:Drywall patching and repairsMinor plumbing (fixtures, leaks, toilets)Minor electrical (fixtures, outlets – no license required)Interior and exterior paintingBasic carpentry (doors, hardware, minor repairs)Communicate professionally with homeowners and team membersCoordinate with Field Operations Managers as neededMaintain clean, safe, and organized work areasAssist with common area upkeep and occasional daytime emergency responseSelf-starterSedicated to continual quality improvementAbility to multitaskAbility to work with minimal supervisionAdhere to safety practices/ QSHA guidelinesAbility to plan and manage projects under the direction of Field Maintenance OperatorOccasionally upgrade skill set to meeting changing job conditionsCarpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.Must be proficient in outlook
