DescriptionWe're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Winona, MN. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility.If you enjoy physical work, staying busy, and being part of a team that relies on you, this is a great opportunity to build your career.Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-FridayPay: $18-$22/hr, based on experienceJob Duties of a Material Handler:Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage, and resolve freight claimsVerify and process incoming materials from suppliersPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records in our electronic (MRP) systemPerform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepanciesMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortagesBuild pallets/skids and properly secure shipmentsKit parts and stage materials for production or shipmentEnsure materials are properly labeled and storedBenefits:Long term opportunity!Weekly PayMedical, Dental, Vision & Retirement PlanFree Online Skills Courses Ability to demonstrate mathematical skills, Ability to lift up to 50lbs
