Job Details: Settings: OnsiteModalities: XR, CT, MR, Flouro, US, NMSubspecialty Case Mix: ER, Flouro, Nuc Med, MSK, Neuro, Peds, Mammo Diag ProcLight IR ProceduresBiopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Bone, Renal, CT Guided, US GuidedDrainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, CystsLumbar Punctures: Diagnostic Lumbar Puncture, Myelogram, EpituralArthrograms: Joint Inj: Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, ShoulderDaily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift)Volume: 90-100wRVUs: 60-70 About the Facility Board Certification - REQUIRED Active PA License - REQUIRED DEA Registration - REQUIRED A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
