The lawn team member will mow, trim, blow, edge, weed, perform spring & fall clean-up. The landscape team member will perform most all aspects of the landscape industry including installation, mulching, trimming, grading and hydroseeding.Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, snow blowers and, or plow trucksAddress clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriateAssist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team LeaderPerform other duties as requiredJob Requirements:One year experience in this or a related field is preferredWillingness to work occasional (paid) overtimeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this natureHave reliable transportation to and from workValid driver's license with minimal pointsWork independently & with other team membersBenefits:Heath insurance after one full year of employmentPaid holidays after one full year of employmentOne week (5 days) paid vacation after one full year of employmentEnd of year Bonus depending on job performanceCompensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hourAQUALAWN designs, installs, and maintains reliable lawn irrigation and sprinkler systems for commercial and residential properties throughout the Greater Toledo Area.
