Senior Technology Business Services Consultant

About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant to support lines of business across Canada, LATAM, and the Caribbean. This role partners with technology and business stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled capabilities and ensure regional business needs are met in alignment with applicable risk, compliance, and legal requirements. This individual will also prepare and distribute required regional technology regulatory reporting, including updates related to incident management, application and infrastructure project status, and change management.In This Role, You WillPartner with regional businesses across Canada, LATAM, and the Caribbean to deliver technology-enabled capabilities; contribute to Technology Business Services solution planning and roadmapsDefine and monitor service quality, resilience, and cost objectives for delivered solutions; identify gaps, risks, and improvement actionsLead business systems analysis activities with Enterprise CTO and business-aligned CIO teams, including requirements elicitation, solution design, and delivery support for complex, multi-line of business initiativesEnsure solutions and delivery activities align to governance, controls, and risk management requirements; coordinate stakeholders to drive completion of key risk and remediation initiativesFacilitate cross-functional working sessions with business and technology partners to resolve issues, remove blockers, and drive end-to-end solutions from definition through implementationServe as a primary liaison between in-region business partners and technology teams; provide concise status reporting, decision logs, and executive-ready communications to leadersOversee incident and problem management for the region by tracking technology-related incidents/issues through resolution, coordinating stakeholder communications, and reporting trends, root causes, and remediation progressEvaluate new technologies and process improvements; define future-state processes, document current/future requirements, and partner with teams to implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce riskDrive delivery execution with teams across the organization to achieve business outcomes, manage dependencies, and maintain proactive stakeholder engagement and transparencyRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing or support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience implementing and supporting both infrastructure and application technology solutions for international businessesAbility to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProven ability to consult, build credibility, and maintain strong working relationships across business and technology partnersDemonstrated independent judgment and structured problem solving to develop practical, risk-aware recommendationsStrong prioritization and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detail, including the ability to translate data into insights and actionsKnowledge of project delivery, implementation practices, and use of JiraProcess improvement mindset, including experience defining, documenting, and enhancing processes to improve outcomes and controlsExperience using AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support better decision-makingExperience with M365 for presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experienced in using RegistryStrong experience creating and presenting reports on a monthly and quarterly basisJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position requires a hybrid in office work schedulePosting End Date:3 May 2026Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
