They need someone who can step in, take the wheel, and build.Role OverviewYou'll lead a multi-team engineering org of 10+ engineers across two or more pods, owning everything from onboarding through to feature adoption and customisation on a mature, widely-used platform. You'll set technical direction, manage managers and senior ICs, and be the single point of accountability for your org's output.Fully in-person in New York.
