Field DirectorWe're hiring a Field Director to join an intense, fast-moving political campaign led by a bold, passionate, and visionary candidate for U.S. Congress in Texas' 24th District. This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a movement that aims to reshape politics and bring serious change to our country.We're looking for:Ability to commute to Keller, TX 76244 (Required)Highly detail-oriented, fast-paced, and organizedPersonally aligned with pro-democracy valuesWilling and able to travel around DFW for events and outreachComfortable speaking to strangers, attending public events, and managing logisticsTech-savvy, preferably with experience in social media, fundraising, or grassroots organizing tools, such as VANBonus Points For:Prior campaign, political, or nonprofit experienceLocal connections in Keller, Fort Worth, or surrounding areasBackground in event planning, media, or volunteer coordinationFundraising experience (digital or in-person)Bilingual abilitiesClean, professional appearance and reliable transportationWhat You'll Do:Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logisticsAttend campaign events, take notes, support volunteers, and work the roomParticipate in outreach, including canvassing, voter contact, and community eventsTrack tasks, priorities, and help keep our fast-moving campaign organizedPosition Details:1099 contract, monthly rate with weekly pay, with opportunities for increasesCombination of in-person and remote workMost events take place throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplexSignificant opportunity for growth into full-time campaign leadership or future D.C. rolesLocation: Based near Keller, TX preferred but candidates within ~40 minutes are encouraged to apply if you're dependable and ready to drive.Benefits:Flexible scheduleOpportunities for advancementPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience: Assistant or Political: 1 year (Preferred)
