Come and work with us as we shape systems for the better.Responsibilities Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and deliveryQualifications 3+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications Experience with Java, Python, .NET, React, or other modern frontend framework Experience with SQL (Postgres preferred) databases, familiarity with NoSQL technologies Experience working in an Agile scrum team Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications 3+ years of experience with software engineering Experience with creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance Master's degreeSecurity RequirementsMust be US Citizen and with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5) within a reasonable periodMarket competitive salary, commensurate with experience
