This position provides behavioral health services to individuals at the Crisis Stabilization and Triage Center. This position provides clinical services to agency patients. The Crisis MHP will be responsible for providing specialized crisis intervention and short-term intervention services to adults and older adults experiencing an acute behavioral health crisis, with the goal of crisis stabilization within the least restrictive setting. WA State License Required: Social work license/associate, Mental Health counselor license/associate, CAAC, LAAC Intake Assessments, Treatment Plans, Coordinate with Interdisciplinary team, Understand and support the Living Room Model of service delivery-specifically that MHPs are not the primary support in the CSC. Open to Temp-Hire but not required Active WA MHP - WA State License Required: Social work license/associate, Mental Health counselor license/associate, CAAC, LAAC Experience in Crisis settings - ability to speak to proper diagnostics related to person in crisis and able to make clinical decisions independently. Clinician needs to be able to understand how to process intakes to individuals in a state of crisis. 9:30AM - 7:30PM; some flexibility with start/end time is needed depending on administrative tasks.
