Shop and Field Coordinator

Erickson Outdoor Lighting, a family-owned landscape lighting company, is looking for a dedicated Shop & Field Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! Position available as FT or PT, with required start time of 7:30 a.m., with flexible end time. Key Responsibilities: Proactive and reactive coordination of all field personnel Oversees daily project schedule, ensuring field crews have the necessary materials and equipment for each project Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition Provide support and troubleshooting for on-site issues Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets Erickson Outdoor Lighting standards Review completed project folders and daily project notes for accuracy and completeness Lead weekly shop meetings Conduct safety and training sessions Manage inventory levels of lighting components and tools, coordinating with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock Schedule and coordinate fleet maintenance Maintain shop interior and exterior in a clean and orderly manner Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality Maintain open and positive communication with employees, office personnel, and management Qualifications: Work experience in the landscaping or irrigation industry highly preferred Proficient with power and hand tools; familiarity with online scheduling software (i.e. Housecall Pro) Experience with inventory management is a plus Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills A hands-on approach to problem-solving and teamwork Why Join Us?
