Make Ready Technician Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner Pick up trash if seen on grounds Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants Must have your own basic tools Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas: Painting Electrical a must Plumbing a must Minor Carpentry Other building maintenance items as needed Experience and Compensation Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, compensation is based on your experience.
