We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with enterprise-level POS clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue expansion, ensuring client satisfaction, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.Essential Duties : Own and manage relationships with enterprise POS clients, acting as the primary point of contactIdentify and drive new revenue opportunities, including upselling additional products and servicesAchieve assigned revenue and profitability targetsLead contract renewal efforts in alignment with company financial objectivesEnsure accounts receivable are current and resolve billing or financial disputes promptlySet and manage client expectations with clear, realistic timelinesProactively address client issues, developing and executing effective solutionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate responses to client inquiriesAssess issue severity and escalate appropriately when neededCommunicate internal decisions clearly and confidently to clientsMonitor client-facing information (market activity, strategy, financial signals) to inform account strategyProvide regular updates on client initiatives, successes, and risksIdentify and manage issues that fall outside standard problem management processesMitigate client risks while optimizing internal resources and efficiencyBuild and maintain multi-level relationships across client organizationsLead and prepare for business reviews with clear objectives, agendas, and measurable outcomesRequired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience within the restaurant industryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate cross functional and develop creative solutions . Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Builds on/Maintains external relationships of assigned accounts.Supervision - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).Communication Skills - Oral and written.
