The purpose of this role is to set up and operate CNC Machinery to assist in producing high quality air movement products.Your main responsibilities will be:Operate CNC mills, lathes, and parts washing machineLoad and unload raw materials and equipmentKeep detailed records for equipment and proceduresPerform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipmentInspect finished product to ensure it meets required specificationsAbide by company safety guidelinesStock materials and run partsEnsure specific directions are followed to create products that meets the required specificationsJob Requirements:CNC Machine operating experience (mill and lathe)HAAS experience is a plusSheetmetal fabrication (beneficial)Working with hand tools & machine toolsThe ability to perform mathematical calculationsBasic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM softwareAbility to stand on concrete for entirety of shiftAbility to lift, bend, stoop, and walk the production floorAbility to pick up and move productsHeavy lifting (50lbs.
