Answer any questions guests have. Make recommendations for activities and restaurants. Store any luggage guests have. Answer the phone and direct the call. Take reservations on the phone. Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out. Excellent customer service. Night Audit shift may be required. Degree in Hospitality Industry or related. Hotel Guest Services Agent: 1 year minimum Must be Bilingual. Available for all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
