Device Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Device Repair Technician who can repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures, and other devices as needed. Additionally, you'll play a key role in establishing the device repair function within our store. Responsibilities -Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices as needed -Assist in the retail sales of battery and lighting products. -Key cutting and KeyFob programming - Handle the receiving, packing, and shipping of devices - Maintain accurate inventory records - Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-6+ months of device repair experience - Alternatively, an associate degree in electronics or a related technical field - Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and train others - Must be comfortable using hands to handle electronic products and regularly operate computers and office equipment - Ability to lift 10-20 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, and more than 50 pounds infrequently.
