We build trusted relationships with our clients by ensuring their needs are met with compassion and effective, zealous representation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney based in Brielle, NJ. The attorney will handle family law cases, including managing legal issues, drafting and filing motions, conducting depositions, and advising clients on various aspects of family law. The role may involve both in-office work and some remote. The attorney will be responsible for interacting with clients, maintaining case files, and providing informed, ethical representation through all stages of the legal process.QualificationsExtensive knowledge and proven experience in Family Law and handling legal issues related to all types of family law matters - Divorce, custody, FM, FD and FV matters, from start to finish, ESP, . Strong skills in drafting motions and preparing for court proceedings; Preparation and negotiation of MSA's; Experience in prosecuting and defending TRO's. Experience in conducting and managing depositions, propounding and responding to discovery.Comprehensive background in the completion of family Case Information Statements, and child support guidelines calculations and the factors underlying the calculations.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being able to work autonomously on your assigned caseload. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in New JerseyPrior experience in NEW JERSEY family law practice a must; a minimum of five (5) years is preferred.
