Inventory/Forklift Operator

Job Description Job SummaryiStaffing Chino is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist and Forklift Operator to join our team in Chino, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts and audits, investigating discrepancies, and supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced warehouse. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, warehouse experience, and a commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Perform daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment activities.Analyze inventory data and prepare reports for management.Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with Receiving, Shipping, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations to ensure inventory accuracy.Verify proper labeling, storage, and handling of products.Maintain inventory databases and ensure accurate data entry.Utilize Microsoft Excel to track inventory trends and generate reports.Recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.QualificationsForklift certification and experience required for the Cherry Picker and Stand Up Reach.Previous experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics preferred.Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with barcode scanners and inventory software.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and solve problems efficiently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
